Istanbul Beylerbeyi Palace

Beylerbeyi Palace is located in Beylerbeyi Mah, Abdullahağa Street Uskudar.

It is located in Beylerbeyi district on the Anatolian side of the Bosphorus. It was built by Sultan Abdulaziz. The architects are Sarkis and Agop Balyan. The palace was built between 1863-1865. It is estimated to be about 500 thousand Ottoman lira.

The palace is a masonry building built in two floors on a high basement. The 65 m long palace was built on an area of 2500 m² and the bosphorus was placed parallel. There are 6 saloons, 24 rooms, a hamam and a bathroom in the palace.

It is open between 09.30-17.00 every day except on Monday and Thursday.

Beylerbeyi Palace Entrance Fee 2018

Beylerbeyi Palace entrance fee is 40 TL. (Discounted 20 TL) Students can visit the Palace for 10 TL. Beylerbeyi Palace for those who want to enter the garden only for the purpose of photography, they pay an entrance fee of 5 TL.

How to get to Beylerbeyi Palace?

Eminönü, Kabataş or Beşiktaş to Üsküdar or you can use the boat that is running between Beşiktaş and Üsküdar. After that, you should take the buses going to Beykoz. The distance between Beylerbeyi and Üsküdar is 3.5 km.
